Muscular strength refers to how much weight you can
safely lift. Endurance refers to how many times you can lift or
number of repetitions you can safely execute. Here at Mark
Harris Personal Training Sevices, we use the Push-up test,
Bent-knee Curl-up Test, and the Bench-press Test to evaluate your
muscular strength and endurance. These tests will help us to assess a
starting point or baseline and with regular testing, demonstrate
progression to the resistence part of your fitness program. Careful
consideration of your health and fitness will determine an appropiate
