FLEXIBILITY TESTING EVALUATON

Flexibility refers to the range of motion of a given joint. Often
flexibility is thought to be limited to muscles and tendons
surrounding a joint. Ligments connects bone to bone. These ligaments
and their amount of freedom are also influenced by flexibility.
Flexibility decreases the risk of joint and muscle injury. Here at Mark
Harris Personal Training Services we use assessments of
multible joints throughout the body including: Trunk Flexion (sit and
reach), Trunk Extension (for lower back), Hip Flexion (for hips' and
back of legs' tightness), and Shoulder Flexibility. These flexibility
tests are used to find out how flexible you are presently and with
regular testing, demonstrate your progress in becoming more flexible.
Flexibility is one the major parts of your fitness program, in fact,
we here at Mark Harris Personal Training Services
believe flexility is just as important as cardiorespiratory and
strength training in the overall scheme of your personalized fitness
program. If you think you could be alittle more flexible, please
